Our caregiver support program offers a lifeline for those providing care for loved ones, recognizing the profound emotional toll this demanding role can take. We provide a safe and supportive space for caregivers to connect with others facing similar challenges, share experiences, and learn coping mechanisms to manage stress, anxiety, and burnout. Beyond emotional support, we also offer a dedicated session focusing on future caregiving planning, helping caregivers anticipate future needs and develop strategies for managing their own well-being and the caregiving journey ahead. This proactive approach ensures caregivers are equipped not only to support their loved ones but also to prioritize their own health and future.
Our services are available both in-person and teletherapy
Our office is in Columbia, Maryland, and can be easily reached from Baltimore, DC, and the Western Maryland suburbs.
We also offer teletherapy, allowing you more flexibility for when and where you receive services.
